Radera dina Equibook-data
Du kan radera ditt konto och all data kopplad till det när som helst. Här är dina två vägar.
1. Radera direkt i appen
- Öppna Equibook på din telefon eller besök equibook.se.
- Logga in på ditt konto.
- Tryck på Profil längst ner till höger.
- Bläddra till botten av sidan.
- Tryck på Radera konto och bekräfta.
Raderingen sker omedelbart och kan inte ångras.
2. Begäran via e-post
Om du inte kan logga in eller föredrar att begära raderingen manuellt, skicka ett e-post till support@equibook.se från den adress som är kopplad till ditt konto.
Skriv Radera mitt konto i ämnesraden. Vi raderar
ditt konto inom 7 arbetsdagar och bekräftar via e-post.
Vad raderas
- Ditt konto och din profil (namn, e-post, profilbild).
- Dina hästar och tillhörande data (träningspass, tävlingsresultat, bedömningar, bilder).
- Dina inlägg, gilla-markeringar och kommentarer i flödet.
- Vilka du följer och vilka som följer dig.
- Push-notifikationsregistreringar.
Hästar som du delar med andra användare anonymiseras snarare än raderas — den andra ägaren behåller sin tillgång, men din koppling till hästen tas bort.
Vad vi aldrig lagrar
- Lösenord — hanteras av Firebase Authentication respektive din SSO-leverantör (Apple, Google).
- Kreditkortsuppgifter.
- Personnummer eller andra känsliga identifierare utöver namn och e-post.

Delete your Equibook data
You can delete your account and all data associated with it at any time. Two ways.
1. Delete from inside the app
- Open Equibook on your phone, or go to equibook.se.
- Sign in.
- Tap Profile (bottom-right).
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
The deletion happens immediately and can't be undone.
2. Request by email
If you can't sign in, or you'd rather make the request manually, email support@equibook.se from the address tied to your account.
Put Delete my account in the subject line. We'll
delete the account within 7 working days and confirm by
email.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (name, email, profile picture).
- Your horses and everything attached to them — training entries, competition results, assessments, photos.
- Your feed posts, likes, and comments.
- Who you follow and who follows you.
- Push-notification registrations.
Horses you share with other users are anonymised rather than deleted — the other owner keeps their access, but your link to the horse is removed.
What we never store
- Passwords — handled by Firebase Authentication or your SSO provider (Apple, Google).
- Credit-card details.
- National ID numbers or other sensitive identifiers beyond your name and email.
