Hur Equibook samlar in, lagrar och hanterar din data.
Personuppgiftsansvarig
Equibook ("vi") är personuppgiftsansvarig för behandlingen som beskrivs här. Kontakt: support@equibook.se.
Vilken data vi samlar in
- Konto — namn, e-postadress och profilbild (via Apple-, Google- eller e-postinloggning).
- Hästdata — hästar du registrerar, inklusive uppgifter du importerar från WorldFengur (härstamning, BLUP, bedömningar) och foton du laddar upp.
- Aktivitetsdata — träningspass, tävlingsresultat och avelsbedömningar du loggar, med den synlighet du väljer (privat, följare eller offentligt).
- Evenemang — anmälningar, bokade tider och tränar-/ansvarsroller du anger.
- Socialt — vilka du följer, gillamarkeringar, kommentarer, blockeringar och rapporter.
- Teknisk data — push-token för notiser, samt anonym kraschinformation (enhetstyp, OS-version, stack trace) via Firebase Crashlytics.
Varför vi behandlar den
- För att tillhandahålla tjänsten — konton, hästprofiler, loggning, evenemang och det sociala flödet (avtalsgrund).
- För att skicka notiser du valt att ta emot — pushnotiser kräver ditt uttryckliga tillstånd i appen och kan stängas av i systeminställningarna (samtycke).
- För att hitta och åtgärda fel via anonyma kraschrapporter (berättigat intresse).
Vi visar ingen reklam, spårar dig inte i marknadsföringssyfte och säljer aldrig din data.
Vad andra användare ser
Ditt namn, din profilbild och ditt stall är synliga för andra användare. Träningspass, resultat och bedömningar visas enligt den synlighet du väljer per inlägg. Evenemangsanmälningar (inklusive bokad tid och häst) är synliga för andra användare, och delningslänkar du skapar kan öppnas av vem som helst.
Var datan lagras & underleverantörer
All data lagras inom EU (Google Cloud, region europe-north1). Underleverantörer — behandling inom EU eller under EU-standardavtalsklausuler:
- Firebase Authentication — inloggning (Apple, Google, e-post + lösenord).
- Google Cloud Run (europe-north1) — API-server.
- MongoDB Atlas (EU) — applikationsdata.
- Google Cloud Storage (europe-north1) — bildlagring.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging — push-notiser.
- Firebase Crashlytics — krashrapporter.
Lagringstid & radering
Din data sparas så länge du har ett konto. Du kan radera ditt konto när som helst via Profil → Radera konto — då tas ditt konto, dina inlägg, kommentarer, gillamarkeringar, följningar, anmälningar och foton bort. Se kontoradering för detaljer.
Dina rättigheter
Enligt GDPR har du rätt att få tillgång till, rätta, radera och flytta din data samt invända mot behandling. Kontakta support@equibook.se så hjälper vi dig. Du kan också klaga hos Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
Barn
Equibook riktar sig inte till barn under 13 år. Skapa inget konto om du är under 13.

Privacy Policy
How Equibook collects, stores and processes your data.
Data controller
Equibook ("we") is the data controller for the processing described here. Contact: support@equibook.se.
What we collect
- Account — name, email address and profile picture (via Apple, Google or email sign-in).
- Horse data — horses you register, including data you import from WorldFengur (pedigree, BLUP, assessments) and photos you upload.
- Activity data — training sessions, competition results and breeding assessments you log, with the visibility you choose (private, followers or public).
- Events — sign-ups, booked time slots and trainer/organizer roles you enter.
- Social — who you follow, likes, comments, blocks and reports.
- Technical data — a push token for notifications, and anonymous crash information (device type, OS version, stack trace) via Firebase Crashlytics.
Why we process it
- To provide the service — accounts, horse profiles, logging, events and the social feed (contract).
- To send notifications you opted in to — push requires your explicit permission in the app and can be disabled in system settings (consent).
- To find and fix bugs via anonymous crash reports (legitimate interest).
We show no ads, do not track you for marketing purposes, and never sell your data.
What other users see
Your name, profile picture and stable are visible to other users. Training entries, results and assessments follow the per-post visibility you choose. Event sign-ups (including your booked time and horse) are visible to other users, and share links you create can be opened by anyone.
Where data lives & sub-processors
All data is stored in the EU (Google Cloud, region europe-north1). Sub-processors — processing within the EU or under Standard Contractual Clauses:
- Firebase Authentication — sign-in (Apple, Google, email + password).
- Google Cloud Run (europe-north1) — API server.
- MongoDB Atlas (EU) — application data.
- Google Cloud Storage (europe-north1) — image storage.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notifications.
- Firebase Crashlytics — crash reports.
Retention & deletion
Your data is kept for as long as you have an account. You can delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete account — this removes your account, posts, comments, likes, follows, event sign-ups and photos. See account deletion for details.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your data, and to object to processing. Contact support@equibook.se and we'll help. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Children
Equibook is not directed at children under 13. Do not create an account if you are under 13.
